• Finished in soft velvet, the Kahlo swivel office chair features a filled seat with a curved backrest, giving a beautiful look as well as maximum comfort. The height adjustable gas lift mechanism and wheeled swivel base provides practicality, whilst the pleated back adds to the traditional art deco design. Available in two beautiful colour options of blue or grey.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within mainland Great Britain. Additional charges may apply to certain postcode areas, including remote or rural locations. Any additional charges will be confirmed before processing your order.

2. Delivery options

Delivery methods depend on the size and type of product.

Standard delivery (smaller items): Delivered via parcel courier within a few working days once dispatched.

Specialist delivery (furniture & large items): Delivered by a one or two-person team. Delivery to a room of choice where access allows. You will be contacted to arrange delivery.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.

If multiple items are ordered, the longest delivery time will apply. 4. Delivery arrangements

For large items, you will be contacted in advance (typically 24–48 hours) to arrange delivery.

Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and must be inspected and signed for.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure items fit through all access points
  • Ensure safe and clear access to your property
  • Protect flooring and surfaces where necessary
  • Be available to accept delivery
  • If access is not possible, delivery may be made to the nearest accessible point or may fail. 6. Failed deliveries
  • A failed delivery may occur if no one is present, access is unsuitable, or incorrect details are provided.
  • A failed delivery or re-delivery charge may apply.

7. Inspection on delivery

You must inspect goods on delivery and report any damage immediately.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours. Where appropriate, refuse delivery or note damage on paperwork.

8. Delivery delays

Delays may occur due to supplier issues, transport disruption, or other factors outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

10. Multiple deliveries

Items may be delivered separately if sourced from different suppliers. No additional delivery fees will be charged unless stated. 11. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on order value, product size, location, and service level.

All charges will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed before processing.

12. Overseas delivery

We do not currently deliver outside mainland Great Britain.

Delivery must be to a valid UK address

We may refuse delivery to alternative addresses in some cases
