2. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from us, whether in-store, online, by phone, or through a mobile device.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Agreement to these Terms & Conditions does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive marketing communications by email or SMS/text message.

3. Using our website

We may update or withdraw the website at any time and are not responsible for third-party links.

4. Placing an order

You will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This is not acceptance.

Your order is accepted when goods are dispatched or confirmed for delivery/collection.

We may cancel orders if products are unavailable, payment fails, or errors occur.

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide, including your email address and mobile telephone number, are accurate.

5. Pricing and payment

· Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated

· Delivery charges may apply

· Payment is taken at time of order

· We accept cards and finance options

We may cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

6. Finance options (Novuna & Klarna)

Finance is available via Novuna Consumer Finance and Klarna Bank AB. Approval is subject to credit checks and agreements are with the lender.

7. Mobile & SMS communications

We may use the mobile telephone number you provide to contact you in connection with an order, delivery, collection, service, enquiry, warranty claim or other transaction with us.

These service-related communications are separate from marketing messages.

If you choose to sign up to receive marketing by SMS/text message, we may send you information about our products, offers, promotions, events and other updates.

Consent to SMS marketing is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from us.

Consent to receive marketing by email does not automatically mean that you have consented to receive marketing by SMS/text message.

Message frequency may vary.

Your mobile network provider's standard message or data charges may apply.

You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the message, including replying STOP where this option is available.

Where supported, you may reply HELP for further information.

Opting out of SMS marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary service-related messages concerning an existing order, delivery, collection or other transaction with us.

We may use third-party service providers, including Klaviyo, to provide and manage our SMS and marketing communications.

8. Delivery and installation

Delivery dates are estimates.

· Ensure safe access to property

· Ensure items fit through access points

· Be available to accept delivery

Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

We may use the contact details provided with your order, including your mobile telephone number, to provide delivery information or enable our delivery partners to contact you regarding your delivery.

9. Risk and ownership

Goods remain our property until paid in full. Risk transfers upon delivery.

10. Product descriptions and variations

· Measurements approx ±4cm

· Hand-finished items may differ

These are not faults.

11. Made-to-order and bespoke goods

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.

12. Returns and cancellations

Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details including 14-day cancellation rights and exclusions.

13. Faulty goods

· Within 30 days: refund, repair or replacement

· Within 6 months: repair or replacement

14. Warranty and aftercare

We may share your details with manufacturers to register warranties and support claims.

Where necessary, this may include your mobile telephone number so that a manufacturer, technician or service provider can contact you regarding an appointment, repair, replacement or warranty claim.

15. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.

Nothing excludes liability for death, injury, or fraud.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as supplier delays, weather, or transport issues.

You may also contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

18. General terms

These terms form the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may update terms at any time.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
