Q. Do you price match?
A. The Place for Homes believe in offering the very best value. In the unlikely event that you find the same item for sale elsewhere at a lower price (including offers) before your furniture is delivered, we will gladly match that price and refund the difference.
Q. What if my order arrives late?
A. You should have been given an estimated delivery time. If it changes, we will let you know straight away. While we cannot be held liable for any delays which are beyond our control, we will make every effort to keep you informed. If you have any delivery problems, please e-mail us or call 01446 772927, Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5.30pm and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday.
Q. What do I do if I have a complaint with an order?

Q. Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?
A. With limited storage facilities, we endeavor to deliver your order as swiftly as possible, usually no later than 7 days after it becomes available. We would appreciate you accepting delivery on the same basis. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Unfortunately we cannot store your items if you are not in a position to accept delivery.
Q. What do I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
A. We try our hardest to deliver all our furniture in good condition. At The Place for Homes we are constantly looking for ways to improve delivery standards to minimize inconvenience.
If however when your order is delivered and there are signs of transit damage please be aware of the following:

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept payment by credit card, cash, cheque or secure bank transfer. Your card will be charged the full amount on or before the delivery date. Goods must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Q. Do you print product catalogues?
A. We do not print a full catalogue, however extensive product literature is available in store and in our newsletter. To subscribe to the newsletter please complete the subscription page.
